Billy Bishop is a border collie breeder and trainer from Inverness, Florida. he uses border collies on his small sheep farm. He has been around working dogs his whole life on the farm with having border collies exclusively the last 5 years. His dogs have competed in trials up the East Coast and have won several open trials.
