Our Purpose

The Scottish-American Society of Central Florida (SASCF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, nonpartisan educational foundation that promotes Scottish American culture and heritage throughout Central Florida.

SASCF serves as a resource on the Scottish American community and has educational and youth programs including scholarships, grants, heritage travel, and mentoring. SASCF was founded in 1976 to celebrate and to provide Scottish heritage education to the Central Florida community. We accomplish this by working with local schools, churches, and civic organizations. We provide lectures and demonstrations, as well as organizing and hosting the annual Central Florida Scottish Highland Games.
